Metropolitan Planning & Manage­ment LLC is a professional consulting firm specializ­ing in construction consultation and project management as the owner's representa­tive for over 34 years.

The sole concern of MPM LLC is the protection of our clients' interests through efficient utilization of cost, time and quality control.  Drawing upon our skills and experience in the field, we can offer our clients a comprehensive range of fee-based services, independent of all designer, architect and general or subcontrac­tor affiliations. 

MMPM LLC has provided owner’s representative services to clients in every major city in the continental United States and has represented clients in the Caribbean, Europe, Middle East and Far East.

He has counseled numerous churches including, Christ Church Methodist NY, Church of the Ascension NY, Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church NY, First Presbyterian Church, NY,  Saint James Church Episcopal NY, Saint Peters NY, Saint Thomas Fifth Avenue NY,  Grace Church Brooklyn Heights and Plymouth Church of the Pilgrims Brooklyn Heights.    

Mr. Barbieri previously served 13 years on the Board of the Art Students League of New York.  Serving as President of the Board from 2006 through 2013.
