Rev. Bill Woolsey

President & Founder, FiveTwo Network

As Founder & President of FiveTwo Network, Rev. Woolsey invests in men, women, and churches seeking to bring new life to their communities and congregations. FiveTwo’s unique leadership development process equips congregations and their entrepreneurial leaders to reach their communities in financially sustainable ways without sacrificing the truth of Jesus. Students refer to the personalized training and coaching as “Mother Teresa meets a friendly Mark Cuban.”

FiveTwo currently works with individuals and congregations in New York, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Nebraska, and Texas. FiveTwo’s impact includes new and renewed churches, homeless shelters, mobile medical clinics, mobile food ministries to underserved communities, sports ministries, education and preschool ministries, single mothers’ groups, recovery ministries, etc., all of them bringing new life to their supporting congregations. FiveTwo also provides strategic consulting services for congregations and denominations, repositioning ministries to reach a new population.

Having served since 1987 as a pastor in a variety of roles (youth, evangelism, executive and senior), in small communities and fast-growing suburbs, Bill brings firsthand knowledge of the unique challenges facing church leadership, especially in a quickly changing secular culture. While planting and leading the fastest growing multi-site congregation in his denomination, Bill founded FiveTwo to help start new in order to reach new. He also authored “Seven Steps to Start,” a practical ‘how-to-start’ book written from a front-row seat of over 25 years of outreach experience.

Rev. Woolsey earned a Bachelor of Arts at Concordia University – Austin in Texas and completed his Masters of Divinity from Concordia Seminary – St. Louis. He lives outside of Austin, Texas with Julie, his wife of 35 years. Together they have three children and two grandchildren.
